LPHYS'15. Registration Fee Refund Policies:
Thank you for registering for LPHYS'15. We understand that circumstances may arise preventing your attendance at the conference. Below is our refund policy, outlining the conditions under which you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your registration fee.
Refund Eligibility
If Paid by a credit card via PayPal:
- Full Refund:
You are eligible for a full refund to your PayPal account if you notify us of your cancellation by email to the Conference Management Team at lphys15@lasphys.com before August 1, 2015. - Partial Refund:
For cancellations made between August 1, 2015 and August 21, 2015, you are eligible for a partial refund to your PayPal account in the amount you paid, less 10% (to cover the expenses already incurred by the Organizing Committee at that time). - No Refund:
After the Conference begins on August 21, 2015, no refund will be provided for your registration fee.
If Paid by a bank wire transfer:
- Full Refund:
You are eligible for a full refund transferred to your bank account if you notify us of your cancellation by email to the Conference Management Team at lphys15@lasphys.com before August 1, 2015. - Partial Refund:
For cancellations made between August 1, 2015 and August 21, 2015, you are eligible for a partial refund transferred to your bank account in the amount you paid, less 10% (to cover the expenses already incurred by the Organizing Committee at that time) plus a bank transfer fee. - No Refund:
After the Conference begins on August 21, 2015, no refund will be provided for your registration fee.
