LPHYS'26. Arrival and Logistics
When You Arrive
Upon arrival, please visit the registration desk at Costa Rica Marriott Hacienda Belén during the designated registration hours. There you will receive your conference badge and other conference materials.
Registration opens on Sunday, July 5, at 18:00. We recommend collecting your badge as early as possible to ensure a smooth start to the conference.

Registration Desk
The registration desk will be open at the following times:
- July 5: 18:00–20:00
- July 6–10: 08:00–14:00 and 15:30–16:30
Location: Costa Rica Marriott Hacienda Belén.
If you arrive on Sunday, we warmly encourage you to complete your registration in the evening of July 5. This will allow you to avoid the morning queue on Monday and begin the conference day with ease.
Registration Fee
Registration fees can be paid in advance via PayPal. If you are unable to use PayPal, please contact us at lasphys26@gmail.com — we will be happy to assist.
You may also pay your registration fee on-site. Cash payments will be accepted at the Registration Desk. We are working to enable card payments as well, though this option is not yet guaranteed — please follow the website for updates.

Registration Information
Please remember to bring your Registration Card to the registration desk. The card contains a barcode and serves as confirmation of your registration.
Your Registration Card was automatically generated and sent to your e-mail address after registration. If you are unable to locate it, please check your spam folder or request it again through our system.
You may present the Registration Card either in printed form or on your smartphone during on-site registration.
Meals and Dining
Please note that lunch is not provided by the organisers. Participants are encouraged to explore dining options in the area during the lunch break.
Coffee breaks will be available throughout the conference.
Conference Schedule and Shuttle Service
All conference activities, including plenary talks, seminar sessions, coffee breaks, and social events, will take place at Costa Rica Marriott Hacienda Belén.
Complimentary shuttle buses will operate between the conference venue and the designated meeting points throughout the conference week.
