Welcome to the conference! Here’s what you need to know to ensure a smooth and organised start to your experience.
Registration Desk:
Our registration desk opens on Tuesday at 5:00 PM, the day before the conference begins. We encourage you to check in early to avoid long queues on the first day. At the desk, you’ll receive your conference badge, materials, and any additional information you might need.

First Day of the Conference:
On the first day, the registration desk opens at 8:00 AM. We recommend arriving early to ensure you have enough time to check in and find your way around. The Opening Remarks will start promptly at 9:15 AM in Hall 1, so please be seated by this time.
Assistance:
We and our colleagues from the Local Organizing Committee will be on hand to assist you with any queries or concerns you may have. Don’t hesitate to approach us for help.
