Before paying your Conference Registration Fee, please pre-register online as a participant.

Payment Options
We currently offer the following payment options and are actively working to expand these for your convenience.
Credit card through PayPal
You can pay your Conference Registration Fee securely using your credit card via PayPal. The payment will be automatically converted to USD and charged accordingly.
To pay the Registration Fee, please go to your Participant Personal Page. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a PayPal confirmation, and your payment status on the Participant Personal Page will be updated to Fee Paid.
Your Registration Fee Covers
- The Workshop Registration Fee covers all expenses related to the organization and management of the conference. This includes, but is not limited to, the rental and setup of meeting rooms (including video and audio equipment), daily coffee breaks, exhibit and poster session spaces, all printed materials and supplies, the Welcome party, and the Conference dinner.
- The fee also includes the Workshop Proceedings, which will be published online at the beginning of 2026.
- The student Workshop Registration Fee does not include proceeding publication. Students wishing to publish their proceedings should contact the Management Team at lphys25@lasphys.com.
- The listener Workshop Registration Fee does not include proceeding publication, does not grant the right to present at the Workshop, and does not cover participation in the conference dinner, which must be paid separately.
- All charges covered by the Workshop Registration Fee include VAT and other applicable taxes.
Please note that the term "invited" as it pertains to any presentation has no bearing on the registration fee or any other potential privileges.
